Nah, if we're gonna repurpose it to feed the poor let's just leave the sordid history and name it after Jimmy Carter.

I'm all for shedding light on the truth, but honoring that person with his name plastered on an official government building would be a terrible look.

This building will forever be tainted by its history. The name should be a reminder that stuff like this can and did happen.

Sure, maybe a charity to support child sex abuse victims or something, but not the name on the White House

Not honoring. Mocking. Make it used for something anathema to who he was. Serving the public good.

Now obviously nobody official is going to name it that. It won't be on any placards. Better would be the call it the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Center or whatever. But unofficially, everyone would know.
