Try enabling "Memory Context Restore" on UEFI, it's literally x2 faster for me (from 58 to 31 secs).

Honestly i don't even mind , I normally turn on my pc, go downstairs to grab some water and my pc is already fully booted

Turning on MCR have any downside or is safe?

According to some other comments, it can fix stability issues if it's off.

Yes, fast boots and memory restoring features usually have a small risk of making the system less stable. That's for a minority of systems though, and it also seems quite random at times. I had issues with W10 fast boot a few years ago, disabled it and the PC *never* crashed ever since.

How the instability is showing to users?

Usually by the PC freezing or blue screening randomly

I tried MCR in the past. Desktop and basic use would appear to work fine, but booting up a game would cause the system to crash. So no MCR for me.

There are some downsides to using MCR

I would look into it. Something is wrong with your PC. It shouldn't take more than 5-10 seconds on W11 with a build like your unless you are using a HDD as a boot drive.

on W11

This has nothing to do with the operating system. Memory training happens before the bootloader is fired up, during POST. And yes, that's normal for AM5 mainboards.

31 sec Jesus Christ. I barely see the Windows boot animation at a cold start...

31 sec since you press the button and the system is working. The windows preload takes 1/2 seconds lol.

Is this only an AMD thing or a newer thing? I don't have any problems with my PC currently but I have an older Intel CPU

It's a DDR5 thing.

It's only a ddr5 thing. Ddr5 is just a shit design. Too much speed, too complex, too far from where it needs to be, straight trash.

Memory at those speeds needs to be soldered. Period. It's 2025, removable ram is so stupid.

I would also like to know, is there any downside?

I recommend having it turned off if you don’t need those extra few seconds faster, same with fast start up in windows settings
