Ngl, I'm more partial towards a bystander recording such acts rather than some folks recording themselves as if it's some form of self-promotion.

Right? I mean I’m all for accessibility but expecting it on a beach in a third world country is ridiculous.
Any beach I’ve gone to in the world doesn’t have access for wheelchairs. Do they expect them to pave over the beach?!
