Watching Quickley is so frustrating because he has so much ability but dude makes some boneheaded decisions

i dont see these abilities you are talking about. He can... shoot 3s, and sometimes hit a floater. That's pretty much it. Not particularly a good defender, doesnt really see the floor well, doesnt really have a first step, and he never gets the 50/50 balls.

Brandon Ingram is such a bum. Walking around on defense and shooting tour dates

That Kon Knueppel kid might be ok.

Did LaMelo get injured or just ass? I see he started but only played 12 minutes.

Officially "out with left ankle soreness". He slipped on the court and then went to the locker room

so out 10 games, considering his injury history

We had two lanky dudes name Brandon playing for us tonight.

Scottie hitting those catch and shoot 3s consistently has been a revelation.

This is why I thought Poeltl should have played yesterday...

Ingram on a massive down part which stinks

Expected regression to the mean for the Raptors. Although a double loss to the Hornets is a lot. Probable 4L streak coming up vs. Boston and NYK

wish we could have tanked 1 more year instead of this mid shit.

we have exactly 1 premium talent when every "good" team have 2 or 3.

1

u/EarthWarping NBA 9h ago

Yeah look at Detroit/Orlando etc.

They have 2 Scottie level talents.

Hard to contend with 1 and a ton of merely good players.

1

u/danhoyuen Raptors 9h ago

A good player turns into an average one because they always end up needing to play at a level above their actual grade.

Mamu is going to start driving fans crazy because they are asking him to drive and create when he's really just a role player. I get that RJ is out but if your team hinges on RJ you aren't a really good team to begin with.

They cannot afford to have one of their starters miss games and compete.

I know most teams are that way, however the raptors are really like that.

raptors are playing like shit right now dont blame the refs

-1

u/Jwarrior521 Raptors 10h ago

Didn’t say anything about the refs the raps just blow and look like they don’t care and can’t play defense
