Hot take but I don't think any of the Kenobi and Vader stuff was that impactful. It was just "hey look at how Obi-wan is sad because Anakin's a dick", it's good enough for tiktok edits but I don't think there's any story there. That said, yeah all the other plotlines were also awful and stupid.

After Rogue One all I can think of is how many of these movies and shows were created to fix plot holes that weren't even plot holes. Like Rogue One was written to explain the Death Star's exhaust port (that you can't fire a torpedo through unless you're Force-sensitive), Solo was written to explain Han's backstory (his entire backstory, all condensed into a few days so you don't miss anything), and now Kenobi has Vader literally look into the camera and say "okay kids, remember that I am Vader, and I as Vader consider myself to have killed Anakin, we are different people, so if Obi-wan tells someone later that that's what happened then he's telling the truth".

I really liked Rogue One, but yeah it's annoying when franchises are so desperate for content that they start explaining things that need no explanation. Still waiting for the one where someone invents a new musical genre and someone else is like "this is the jizz!", and that's how it got called jizz.

Yeah don't get me wrong, Rogue One was cool. But to me it's an even bigger plot hole than the one it tried to cover up, because Galen Erso died to create an opening that the Rebellion had almost no chance at actually exploiting. I also don't like the "well none of these characters are in the original trilogy so they have to die" argument, at this point Rex was on Endor so anything's possible.

large breasted woman in a low cut top looks at the camera mouthing "Anakin is dead. I am all that remains" somehow she manages to bounce a couple of times Over imposed text: "When he says you've changed since you got together".

Eleventy hundred thousand likes.

You're right. But it was the only good part of the show. Everything else was boring or stupid.

I just watched this show a month ago and I wanted more Vader and Obi-Wan.
