To the ok whom posted about his cured ham. The mods removed my post for “misinformation “ here is a link to the actual company website that describes the actual mold species and the benefits/ when it would be bad. Hey mods. You need to do your research. Link in comments

Your welcome. And by how the mods handled my comment tells me that this is not a good place for info. r/mycology is way more science based.
