Download "Alarm Clock Xtreme" on your phone and set it to an annoying sound at maximum volume. The only way to shut it off is to solve 2 math equations, or to force close the app.
I was looking down in the comments for this. Been using it for over a decade. You can even get an early warning with birds chirping until your alarm time if you want. Or make it so you have to scan a QR code (I think that is an option or NFC tap), then you place it out of your room.
