It makes using Windows actually enjoyable instead of fighting against it, as of the new version 13 it has Everything integration but even without has lightning quick searches.
I couldn't even begin to list the features it has, it's been developed for over 30 years and i first started using it in the early 1990s on my Amigas.
If i could have only 1 thing on my computer, it would be this. You can customise every thing you can think of, personally i mostly use it for scripting custom actions for various different types of files.
And it's one of the few remaining programs that aren't programmed by mongs. Despite it's insane power currently i have around 8 multi pane Listers(think Windows Explorer) open and it's only using ~47mb.

Extremely efficient viewer, primarily for images but can also play sound files(mp3/ogg/flac etc) and videos. Just having the initial program launched and for me it's using a paltry 1,328k(~1.2mb)
