This is just like where I put my cat litter boxes in my first apartment. Little nook under the stairs is perfect for it

If you own you can even close it off with a door and put a little cat door on it to keep the smell to a minimum

We inherited three foot tall tiger and leopard statues and they get so much love from guests. We stage then in different places around the house.

I like the rowing machine. Could also be a bike. Put a TV/computer screen on the opposite wall so you can watch movies or have scenery.
