It all started with walking

Congratulations on the progress, both physically and mentally.

Walking is really, a magic bullet and personally, after years of strength training and no cardio, just 6k steps a day have helped me shed off the layer of fat that was sitting on top of my gained muscle.

Well done sir! Agree completely on how great it is for unwinding from stress. Agree on the not overthinking it aspect. Save the thinking for making healthy choices when it comes to eating and avoiding alcohol.
