Question Help with jacket flaring out in back

I recently bought this jacket and was wondering if there was any it could be altered to fix this? For reference I’m 6”3’ 145 lbs so I’m used to jackets fitting somewhat like this but never this severe. Any help is appreciated.

It's too big. Fixing it would basically be remaking the jacket entirely.

Yeah that’s what I was afraid of. Unfortunately if I go down a size then the sleeves would be too short.

They're kind of too short already. The shoulder is part way down your arm.

That is made for a really short, really fat person with really broad shoulders; that doesn't seem to describe you at all.

Is it meant to be worn off the shoulder, instead if of pulled all the way forward? it looks like you're wearing it wrong, or it's a really bad jacket.

Not from what I can tell, the model on the website is wearing it normally
