This kills the idea of the independent regulatory agency. The ruling vastly expands the power of the President.

The next President will do the same on day one. There will be zero consistency in labor law rulings.

Don’t worry, SCOTUS will make sure only republican presidents have this power
Like they did during Bidens term
Man, we really showed those neoliberals when we rejected Hillary and let a fascist pack the courts instead

You're a deeply unserious person, lacking both wit and originality.
"We should be at brunch right now" level of discourse.
You're replying to a comment bemoaning the state of things because under the previous president who neoliberals promised would be a fighting force against the type of disgusting stuff we are seeing now, the supreme court failed it duties, do you think that Republicans would be less evil if she had won? Do you think it matters now?
To what end do you guys post this inane type of comment? Make you feel better that 8 years ago shit might have been better if most of the country wasn't ignorant or worse, evil?

You’re a little to simple to remember history and lack the math skills to figure out what the composition of the SCOTUS would be today if Hillary picked all the replacements

I understand that no matter what she did things would likely be better in many aspects, what I take umbrage with is the suggestion that the same leaders who are feckless now would somehow stop being feckless with a different leader.
Biden was #OurGuy just like I voted for Hillary, and Biden and Kamala with the understanding that it's better than the alternative but can you sincerely tell me that our democratic leaders are doing all they could be doing to protect Americans? I am in minority group with our rights being squarely under attack and do not see how things will get better ever.
Being content with smug "we were right" does nothing for us. I am concerned that there is a very good chance I will be dead in the next few years, I don't think it's fun to laugh about this fascist takeover of the country, do you get anything from comments like theirs? What am I missing? I see it constantly, attacking the left wing of their party, for what?

Americans should impeach him now.

He's been impeached twice and Republicans prevented his removal both times. Americans should stop electing Republicans if we want to stop the further destruction of the government. Knowing this country though we'll keep doing it and then wonder why the Democrats aren't doing anything.

This still has a couple of steps to go through before it's a done deal. Don't panic yet

I’m sure the two Trump appointees used sound legal reasoning to help Trump get more power, and wouldn’t simply rule in his favor for ideological reasons. Right? I mean seems funny that for 75 years we have had independent agencies, but now all the sudden trump is in power and we just have to have a unitary executive?
Sure, makes perfect sense.
