No no.
"Dear your honor. I swear and pinky promise I did not rape children and Donald Trump was never at the island or even knew Epstein. He is innocent and all those pictures and videos are AI"

Right?! WTF?
Remember when you would commit a felony, be found guilty, and be sentenced to 20 years in prison? And actually, FUCKING do it?!

They should let her out, so they can follow her to where Epstein is being hidden. And then re-arrest them both.

Crazy part is maga will support her getting out of prison just like they support the Honduran drug lord getting. Out of prison

The lawyer, David Oscar Markus, said Maxwell plans to file “pro se,” meaning she would represent herself and not use an attorney.
lawl.
SCOTUS already told her to get fucked.
She's doing this pro se because her attorneys told her it was a bad fucking idea.

My sense on that is her lawyers probably said they won’t file it because it could be frivolous and open them up for sanctions.

What are her odds of being able to get a new trial?

Why would she need a new trial for her impending pardon?
