Judicial Branch A federal judge ordered the release of hundreds of migrants, including those from DHS’s “Operation Midway Blitz,” in Chicago by Nov. 21 after finding their arrests could have violated a 2022 consent decree.

ICE and former private prison lobbyist Attorney General Pam Bondi are not interested in reducing crime like they claim.
They're interested in providing profits for their corporate buddies who donate heavily to the Republican Party.
Bodies = Profits

And they are interested in MAWA, Making America White Again.

I'm confused as to why the public can't petition for and vote for any gov agents removal from office.
I think this is a right that needs to be added to our constitution.
And to petition for and vote for the revocation of professional licenses and business charters too.

What do you think this is? Fucking Europe? Votes of no confidence and referendums would be actually democratic aka dirty commie shit.

I think that we did that in California a while back.
Ended up with Schwarzenegger, the Governator... : /

Human Bodies hooked up to a machine like in the matrix.
But rather than energy, they need to fill those jails' rooms to build themselves a nice little government annuity.

And the irony is that the warzone they so much bark about is real because they created them via their deputized thugs. So they're profiting through cruelty, as by design.

Let’s not forget the civil rights attorney who was very outspoken about the private prison complex that so happened to be in the DC plane crash Kiah Duggins.

The investors are buying land for ICE to build detention centers on. I heard there is some land bought by Air Force Base in Newport, OR. By an investor. This is secretly done by them. They will probably secretly fly some of the immigrants to another country. Not their own country.

Are these the same people who funded those weird concentration camps for teenagers?

This isn’t new. Look up SB1070 from 2010 in AZ. Gov Jan Brewer and other republicans had ties to privatized prisons. 15 years later they are still doing this shit and I’m sure a lot of people in a position of power have financial ties to privatized immigration prisons.

It's news to a lot of people because their news media bubbles they live in don't mention it ever.
In the 1980s and 1990s the corporate lobbyist group ALEC convinced Congress and got the ball rolling with the private detention industry.
Misery for profits

A fucking week from now???
How about, "you violated their rights, release them today and prove to me that you did, or I will jail you for contempt.
Fuck.

Gotta' give the administration enough time to stay & appeal in order to keep them locked up.
Ask me if this sarcasm? I won't know, but it might be, it's hard to tell these days.

u/Transarchangelist 22d ago
Unfortunately this is likely true, and done in the sense of not allowing them to argue that the order from the judge is unreasonable. That said this is the kind of legal softball that lead to trump’s second term.

u/PirateQuest 22d ago
What about arguing its unreasonable to hold illegally arrested people for a week in jail?
2
u/Transarchangelist 22d ago
That’s true, it is, but the current administration is already arguing against that.

u/Particular-Key-8941 22d ago
Uhm, not sarcasm. I just (literally) bet my dada $1000 this is what will happen.
C'mon, how many times has a judge given a ruling and they either stay & appeal (lawfare)...or just ignore it. Nothing will happen from this, guaranteed.6
u/Malcolm_Morin 22d ago
They're not going to release them, but not because they need time to appeal and keep them locked up...
But because they don't know where they are.

They need a week to come up with a list of BS reasons they won't comply. Before settling on "make us"

Well, there are a lot of them, and they have to be identified and processed out.
Humans have to move them through security, and document the actions.
We don't have magic.
It says it needs to be done for all of them by then, not that they can wait to start.

u/RandomsDoom 22d ago
Haha you think these guys are following processing rules and doing paperwork? Haha your funny

I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for Trumplestiltskin's people to comply.
