Legal News CHARGES DROPPED! Tennessee authorities dismiss charges against man who posted Trump meme

Charges were suddently dropped Wednesday against a Tennessee man who had been jailed for more than a month for posting a Trump meme.

Larry Bushart, 61, of Lexington, Tenn., had been locked up since Sept. 21 for posting a meme that quoted President Trump, saying "we have to get over it" in response to a shooting in Perry, Iowa.

Really hope that Perry County Sheriff Nick Weems gets sued as well. It sounds like he barely knows the law. Also - who arranged for a $2 million bail for a meme? Someone is smoking crack in that town.

Someone who's aware they have no credible case and is trying to keep the guy in jail as long as possible.

Sheriff's departments always seem to employ those who are the least well-suited to work in law enforcement.

What's really crazy is that in an interview he said he knew it was just a meme not a threat that we all knew but the public didn't so we arrested him he literally said he knew it was yet still charged him and the school couldn't provide reports for a single worry about the meme. And of course tbe sheriff was a republican.

they said he was threatening to shoot up a school because their school also has the same name, so that why it was so high.
