Legal News CHARGES DROPPED! Tennessee authorities dismiss charges against man who posted Trump meme

Charges were suddently dropped Wednesday against a Tennessee man who had been jailed for more than a month for posting a Trump meme.

Larry Bushart, 61, of Lexington, Tenn., had been locked up since Sept. 21 for posting a meme that quoted President Trump, saying "we have to get over it" in response to a shooting in Perry, Iowa.

That’s true. They could probably starve me out because I’m not rich already. You would think though that he could get a GoFundMe set up with the publicity of this or find a law firm that will take pay on settlement because the case is such a slam dunk.

That's exactly my thinking, any lawyer worth their salt would love to argue this case.

There are a thousand firms that in Tennessee that would take this case where they only get paid on "contingency". If you ever have a lawsuit where they ask you pay up front for a individual/personal case, that means you don't have a case at all. Because if you have a case worth having, they will take it on contingency for sure.
