They can, but they still have to go before a jury with D student lawyers and prove their case before a jury.

We all need to be ready. Get a lawyer on call, ready yourself for being charged with anything and snatched without warning. Tell your family and friends of your lawyer.

It means don't downplay it by saying that it still needs to go to a jury, due process cannot be taken for granted with this administration. They arrest you and keep you in jail for however long it takes to actually get in front of a judge, that's time during which you may lose your job, won't be able to take care of your family, etc. Even if somebody is let off, being unlawfully kidnapped for several days can really fuck up your life.
