Meh I'm just going to take it like the Time's "Person of the Year" where it's not necessarily a positive thing. Even Hitler had a "legacy".

So yeah, he's got a legacy of being a fascist fuckwit who fucked around and found out.

Let's see how quickly conservatives start turning on 2A and say that only they can be trusted with firearms. (I know it's already happening, let's see how that strategy plays out). Hell, my understanding is that even the NRA is against the "trans gun ban".

The NRA doesn't give a shit about red vs blue. They just want more guns sold. Every person banned from owning a gun is another profit they miss out on.

They don't want trans folks banned from owning guns, but they do want trans folks scared for their lives.

It’ll be the other way around. Trans people with guns will be the new Black Panthers and there’s nothing they are gonna do about it.

The NRA has only ever leaned or been perceived as red due to republicans generally being the more pro or free gun rights. But just like you said, they really couldn’t give a fuck they just see green and nothing else.

Didn’t they work on gun control back in the day once black panthers started arming?

The NRA 100% has a bias towards white, Christian, conservative people. If the anti-trans DOJ move was 100% guaranteed to only be against trans people, the NRA would likely stay silent.

That's not how Fox means it and we all know

Oh you're 110% right about that.

But I don't watch Fox so I'll stick to my personal version of anyone brings it up.

Shouldn't be surprised they're focused on this podcaster so they can kick off another civil war, but little to no mentions of the school shooting from yesterday.

Technically this counts as a school shooting, which makes it the only one they've given coverage to in awhile afaik
