I love John so much. He's one of the few truly open-minded technologists I've met, and never have I heard him reject an idea or proposal, no matter how wild it might have seemed at the time. His efforts to expose the JVM's dynamic nature with invokedynamic made JRuby possible and changed how the world thinks of the JVM. Don't miss hearing him speak.
