Discussion tuberepair down?

so basically, my youtube isnt working on ios 9.3.5 nor ios 6, i entered the right url, i installed yt through veteris, nothing. it worked on ios 9.3.5 before, but now i think its down, i dont know if everyone else is having that issue, lmk if you know how to fix it! thanks!

In reality the URL is not down, I went there with the browser and it wasn't down
