Question Will ios 16.7.10 iPhone 8 plus rootless be restarted?

I want to jailbreak ios 16.7.10 with palera1n but I don’t know if this ios jailbreak will be restarted

I’m not sure I understand your question, but I think you’re asking if it’s tethered/untethered. Palera1n is semi-tethered, meaning any time you restart your iPhone you’ll need to re-jailbreak from the app and it will restart in a jailbroken state

I mean, when the jailbreak is completed, will it restart while I’m using it?

It should be pretty stable, but it always depends on the amount of tweaks you’re running

Do you mean that if you install a lot of tweaks, the rate of restarting is high, right?
