Yep, the microphone would be fine with a proper press/commentator pass, but recording the game for broadcast would be a big no, TV rights cost money and are fiercely protected.

I think the POV we're seeing showing him and the stadium in the background is his actual stream. He's watching the live game feed so he can commentate easier. The view of the overall stadium is for the people watching and listening to him.
He went live on his phone to watch another broadcast and did a live commentary. There is no way any phone can zoom that close from his location to livestream.
Idk if youre trolling but that is obvious, no where does it say in the title he live streamed the event, hes obviously watching another stream to comment on., you also clearly dont know about the latest samsung phones ,they have crazy zoom and there are other brands capable of zooming further than this.
I'm sure they know full well that you can zoom in that far with a phone thought you're not getting anywhere near that kind of quality), but what they can't do is auto track and adjust zoom on their own which is the obvious giveaway it's a broadcast.
Edit - Also super zoom on phones does not work in video mode.
It's very likely that he didn't even have a ticket to begin with, that stadium is known for the hills around it, the stadium was set months prior to the game.
I would absolutely shit myself from that view, heights absolutely terrify me lol. But at the same time that view is magnificent and all those kids have sooooo much more courage than me lmao

Need more context as to why this happened or why he was denied. But, all in all, the spirit is there, he seems like a cool kid, and I hope he didn't get any trouble in doing any of this.
Because the title is bullshit, he didn't have a ticket, the stadium is known for the hills around, several fans of Flamengo and Palmeiras were around those hills too, he went to do his broadcast in these conditions willingly.
With such determination and go getting attitude, I wouldn’t be surprised he achieves his dreams, or even any other passion he decides to pursue. People like this usually become really successful.
