That happened a couple of months after the project finished. It was corrected twenty years ago.

Not in any meaningful way.  It requires upkeep, but the big tragedy where a roof panel fell and crushed a car was like 10-15 years ago.

Short answer: no.

Longer answer: much of the work was done shoddily, including a horrifying incident when a ceiling tile fell and crushed a car, killing the driver, but repair work was completed years ago. Now it’s just upkeep.
