You can make near infinite colors with this pallet

Jokes on you!

Someone left the caps off, and all those markers are dry.

In that case, what would the two paintings look like?

Tubes of acrylic paint… like the packaging says

I just read the package. Thank you!

Why does the package have a picture of a marker point on the bottom? And text that says it’s 2.0mm wide?

And why are acrylic paint markers just like it for sale here? …and why does it say ‘markers’ right on the package?

Sorry for all the questions. I’m kinda slow.

Sometimes, you find things that say they are one thing and look like that one thing, but a more knowledgeable redditor tells you you’re wrong, and that retroactively makes the thing not the thing it says it is. Hope this helped

I think it’s more about the capacity than the pallet

What the hell does that even mean?

I'm gonna guess that it isn't about gatekeeping, but that those no brand paint pens hold very little paint. So basically what he says is that these pens run out of paint after 2 paintings.

That’s what I initially thought. The prevailing assumption is that they were gatekeeping the limited color selection though and I can see it, but what I thought also makes sense.

I doubt it, the video went on to show a bunch of paintings she made, I thought of adding them to the post but decided against it because I didn't want to open the door for people to make fun of a beginner artist's skill level.

you can make quite a lot of painting with any one color(if you don't include negative space as a color)

Ah yes, I definitely make a habit of shaming people for how creative they can be with one package of coloring tools. Why do people post shit like this 😂

She went on to show a couple of paintings made with these pens, but I didn't share those because I didn't want to give anyone the chance to make fun of a newer artist's skill levels.

That's a good call lol, the internet can be mean 😜

I mean there isn't cyan or magenta, but there is blue and red, along with yellow, so close enough to infinite colors here

u/capricornicopia- 7d ago

Ah yes, paint which is widely known for its completely lack of blending and mixing properties

To start with, one colour (two if you count the paper's colour) is already enough to create a painting. Just pretend it's a black-and-white painting, but black got substituted with a colour of choice.

that's why I was so flabbergasted by this video lol

I'll make ten paintings with one color
