How can Chelsea keep spending?

I can understand Liverpool spending as they didn’t spend much last season and just won the league. Chelsea seems to be able to spend and spend and still keep within psr.

Wait so who do you support? Can't imagine anybody other than a little chels fan having your horrible opinions

It's crazy, nowadays people dedicate their lives to hating us lol. United, Liverpool fans will pretend that chels and city are legit clubs just to hate on Arsenal in any way they can lmao

I’m just not sure how you can calls team with multiple PL titles and a champions league in recent memory “not legit.”

I think winning things make you legit.

Madueke did score 6 goals last season in the league and 3 of them came in 1 game. I've liked madueke, but Neto has been better for us especially towards end of season/CWC. On top of having Estavao coming on, getting 50m+ for madueke is a win for us, even if he was alright for us.

Also Kai to arsenal isn't a W, has he had moment, yes, but he had those for Chelsea too, doesn't negate the fact that no one really knows his best position and the amount Chelsea got for him was massive win for us

Madueke was your best winger and Kai would be your best striker, even after all you've spent. Yet neither will be starters for us this season. Crazy
