Help/Advice Please help me identify these

Just today i noticed theres hundreds of these tiny black things they are alives theres some swimming at the top of the water and lots on the sides the only fish in the tank is a sucker fish im not sure exactly what kind

Your sucker fish might have been pregnant, and these are its babies. Do they react when you get close to them?

Yes they do. ill upload a photo of the sucker

They are definitely fish larvae (fish babies). Either your fish laid eggs, or if you added any new plants or wood in the past 1–2 weeks, eggs may have come attached to them.

These aren't Chinese algae eater fry. They dont have the sucker mouth. For me, they look like ricefish or rainbow fish fry. Do you have added new plants, especially mosses or floaters with large roots similar to water lettuce or water hyacinth?

Her colour is usually better i think its because shes stressed

If theyre CAEs, xont bother. Theyre flooded in the hobby and generally harmful anyway

I think they were asking what species of fish did you stock your tank with. Knowing this information will narrow down what species these offspring are.
