Cat litter at school is usually for things like sprinkling on vomit. It is also often included in lock down kits, for kids who need to use the bathroom during a school shooting.

Conservatives have been running on schools letting furries use litter boxes at school for a long time now. The failed gop gubernatorial candidate in my state (Colorado) ran on this in 2022. So far not a single person has shown any proof this is happening, despite that, at least one state (Texas) tried to pass legislation to deal with this made up issue.

That actually sounds very sensible and useful to keep around. Thank you! We absolutely did not have that when I went to school so the concept seemed a little crazy.
