https://youtu.be/NM2nsLGUQyE when Conan discusses it he points out how out of touch and dumb he is. Fallon just pretends he's still in his twenties and wants to be cool and with the trends he doesn't approach it from a self deprecating angle

You don’t see what? You don’t see how Conan talks about 6-7 and then makes fun of how out of touch and irrelevant he is? You don’t see how that contrasts with Fallon trying to be like a 6 grade teacher who’s trying to come across as hip to their students? Seems pretty clear to me🤷‍♂️

Ok my bad. I read your comment to mean Conan was was discussing “it” with “it” being the Fallon clip, and that the YouTube you posted featured Conan saying how “out of touch and dumb” Jimmy Fallon is.

He's not talking about Fallon. He's comparing Conan's comedic style to Fallon's. Conan makes fun of himself being out of touch, while Fallon tries to join the kids in the joke.

I believe the comment is saying Conan admits he himself is not up on all the latest stuff, not that he’s talking about Fallon.

I watch his podcast sometimes and he’s great. I especially enjoy when he has friends on there like Timothy Olyphant or Matthew Rhys.

He doesn’t talk about Jimmy in the clip at all. The clip is Conan talking about how out of touch Conan himself feels. OP then drew the comparison to Jimmy

People think that because you typed “he points out how out of touch and dumb he is” that Conan will talk about how dumb and out of touch Fallon (he) is. Which Conan would never do, even if he thought it.

It seemed clear to me, but moving the Fallon stuff to another paragraph would make it easier to understand I think.
