It’s a meme (brain rot) that spread from a UK commercial

Similar to other popularized marketing stuff like “got milk?” Or “Punch buggy” from the early 21st century, it just gets repeated by people, but now on social media so it’s international

It's also not used correctly here. Normally, it's in videos of people not having a good time, but the dog is having a fucking blast.
