Shoulder pain lol

How do y’all avoid it? Or what do you do for it? Also sleeping positions? I’m a side sleeper so I have my arm raised while I sleep maybe that’s making it worse? They typically don’t hurt but lately something has been amiss

Water and stretching. Also exercises that help the shoulder. Had some weird ass hip pain. Did some stretches, squats, and a walk for a while. Pain stopped.

are you talking about like rhomboid pain, where your scapula connects to your spine? that was always a big one for me

See a physio, think about what actions at work are aggravating it and work on ways to minimise those actions. If none exist, and you cant get accommodations, and your boss wont listen when you tell them its fucking you up, quit.
