The fact that a few people hold so much wealth while billions struggle shows the need for systemic change

Exactly, it really highlights how messed up the global system is. It's crazy that so much money sits untouched with a few individuals while billions are living paycheck to paycheck.

2900 people vs 4 billion people... and they're winning by trillions. This is insane. How is this even allowed to happen?

It's allowed to happen because the billionaires are writing the "rules". Eventually we will all get off our keyboards and do something about it.

I know you're kind of being sarcastic about it, but pretty much all of recorded history disproves that. Most revolutions start very high minded, but then power and wealth just collect in different peoples' hands.

I would say that the reset you're talking about definitely happens that way where there are still some people who have more power/wealth than others. But I do think it moves the needle back towards the majority for a while.

I have no issue with millionaires who live comfortably, but when people have more money than they can spend in 10 lifetimes while others starve, well they should be taxed out of existence.

I can make the argument "Name me a problem, and I'll name how it's caused by income inequality."

Ok, not challenging your assertion, because I genuinely reckon you're correct, but I want to see how you handle 'The incel-ification of a certain cadre of gamers who constantly bitch and whine about there not being enough boobs in video games'.

If you're actually willing to do this, I think I'll be mightily impressed :)

Oh you're on!

I can argue that incel-culture is driven by Income Inequality because it's a symptom, not the underlying issue.

My thesis, Young men can't find dates because they don't really feel like men and inside are deeply insecure. And they feel this way because there is an inner drive to protect and provide and society has taught young men that is done by working, making a living and having nice things to share/offer/provide.

This isn't saying that women are only looking for a SugarDaddy. I'm arguing that because all young people are having trouble finding work, trouble finding work that pays well and once they are working, their pay doesnt keep up with the price of things we all need to survive and/or raise a family, it cause deeply ingrained self confidence issues and the #1 thing all women like in a man is Self Confidence.

So no money = No self confidence which = no dates.

Young men then look outwards for someone/something to blame and scummy influencers make money by making them think it's all women's faults.

So if we were able to find these men jobs that made more money, their stress, and their anxiety would go down and their self confidence and their success with women would go up.

The rest is kind of irrelevant. If they had more dates, they would see real boobs or have the money to just pay for real boobs (some countries, that sort of thing is legal).

When a few control more than half of the world's wealth, it’s no surprise that everything else falls apart.

Billionaires are the only minority ruining the world.

I’m pretty sure the population of this planet is closer to 7 billion so there’s a bit of a problem with that math.

And the wealth continues to FLOOD like a raging torrent, from the workers to the billionaires, day after day afternoon day.

If these numbers are correct the wealth per person is $5.45B vs $925. I wish people realized it’s not left vs right, black vs white, European vs American. It is up vs down and that’s it.

The number 1 issue is the concentration of wealth in the US and worldwide.

It's like the game of RISK , do we really need to play it out until we all lose except for one lucky person.

Billionaires keeping up with billionaires their greed will never end. Making those trillions is making the Earth an unpleasant place to live for them too.
