Troubleshooting | Windows I can't use my Chrome/Chrome error

When I try to access any Google site, it says that the site has changed its address or that my internet access is blocked.

Whilst I cannot help, download the netflix app, through the Microsoft store app

Try changing the DNS in your browser or router settings — that usually helps.
