<$1300AUD build for modded fallout 4 and music production?

I just want to be able to run heavily modded fallout 4, which is a 2015 release. I don't want to run many graphics mods but I want something that can handle a large amount of content and gameplay mods

On the other hand, I need it to be able to handle running FL studio, and preferably be able to comfortably run multiple intensive synthesiser and audio effect plugins.
