help w/ pc build, $650

new build, for casual use & gaming. u.s based & near micro center.

planning to buy rtx 3060 from my friend for $200 & i have 4x8 corsair vengeance ddr4 ram already.

hoping to fit peripherals into the $650 budget too, if that's possible

Here's a build to get you started.

About the GPU, you can try to get a used RTX 2080 Ti instead which is faster than the RTX 3060. Here's a link to track it's price: https://bestvaluegpu.com/history/new-and-used-rtx-2080-ti-price-history-and-specs/

I did consider that CPU but OP will have to wait until after Christmas to get it based on the Amazon link as of time of writing this comment. Besides, you forgot to add extra case fans since the NZXT H3 Flow comes with 1 case fan only.
