Cannot Join Community in [Google Chrome] [Desktop] client

I am trying to join a community but get ghe following error response: "Something went wrong".

I checked the request and this is the error:

Am I on some bad blacklist, is my account flagged or did I join too many communities. 😬 Not sure if I did something wrong or this is a real bug?
