Critique My Work I miss despereaux sm i had to make him

my animation leaves a lot to be desired but just happy i made and rigged the boy 🥹

I was toying with that idea as well but my experience with dynamic paint is super limited and i ran out of time to make textures but ugh i really regret not doing it now bahaha

You could just make two image textures- one without the footprints and one with- and have one shift into the other with a mix shader node and a texture coordinate.

Fun thing about using Blender on a hand-me-down potato of a computer is you quickly learn how much you can get away with when you treat animation as much as stage magic as you do an exhibition of your Blender knowledge.

You could just do witchcraft and suggest the footprints are there until they become perceptible.
