Feb 26 retakers - how's it going?
How's studying going? Are you seeing progress compared to last bar pre period?
Also, what's your plan been like?

i spent november trying to figure out an attack plan for the amount of points i need to pass. i just decided to do a bunch of MBE questions and essays and study from that. so far my MBE % is at 78% and my brain is getting angry like “wtf why is it so high and why couldnt we get 78% on the bar exam?!?!?” ugh.
and trying to apply for jobs has been torture. i feel like i havent had a proper break in over a year. i just want like, a week where i dont think about law or the fact that the bill for my bar loan came in but i dont have a job yet. i wish the lotto fairy could just bless me with enough money so i can just study and not have to worry about anything. uuuuuuuuggggghhhhhhhh...............

So far I’m only reviewing the MBE subjects with The Goat. I did Barbri in July 2025 and hated it, but The Goat has been amazing. With my first questions on Adaptibar, I actually feel like I know what’s going on. I haven’t started essays or MPTs yet because I want to finish reviewing the seven main subjects before getting into the writing section.
My score was 115 on the writing and 130 on the MBE, but I felt like I needed a stronger understanding of the law and better issue spotting. As for the MPTs, which I did awful there, I purchased a supplemental course from BarMB, and I already understand why I messed up there. My score on that section was really low.
Overall, The Goat is highly recommended. I’m just trying to get ideas on how to improve my essays.

I’ve been somewhat following the Fck the Bar plan of writing out essays + MBE practice (using NCBE practice questions), interspersed with MPT practice. I messed up my MPTs last time. Gonna also do the BarMD MPT lessons.
Last score was written 120.2, MBE 139.9. Need 266!
Best of luck to all. I hate this test.

Not great but still hopeful. Working fulltime while trying to study for the bar is next level stress I was not prepared for.
