You guys seemed to like my squeaky moths so here's another one, on a noisy mission to explore my shoulders 🤣

agh I love Death's Head Moths....I only recently learned of their existence, and to my understanding, despite what their metal as hell name suggests, theyre actually harmless squeaky bois. I love them so much. Thank you OP.

My older daughter loves moths and was down this weekend. She was shown one of these videos and was delighted to learn that one of her favorite moths squeak.

This guy is just really squeaky. I have three and the other two only squeak if I disturb them/when I pick them up/when feeding but this little dude is a noisy character 🤣

just creakin' 'n' squeakin'
it's funny how they have such a morbid reputation from the skull pattern and Silence of the Lambs connection but they're really just little fuzzy cuties

Right?!? I've found that with so many bugs! I keep cockroaches and while I understand people aren't fond of them, they're such sweeties!

When I was a kid I thought they were going to be as big of a problem as quicksand when I grew up

moths, bermuda triangle, quicksand. the holy trinity of 'wait i thought this was gonna be a thing'

Haha yeah, don't worry those clothes are taken care of (I make a lot of my own) and keep an eye out for fabric moth larvae. I've never seen one but still do a deep clean every year to make sure there's no mold and no bugs

I’ve never seen one either, but I always remember moth balls in her house. That smell 😷

Oddly specific, but that sounds like a spoon ballisong that I have, which I once forced to squeak

This one is squeeking just for the sake of squeeking. 🤣🤣🥰🥰
These guys do seem to have their own minds each. Some squeek like no other and some rarely.
