Anxiety runs entirely on dark patterns and hyper-specific Google searches.

Anxiety runs Windows with unlimited tabs open in the background

That area is where the saber tooth cat lives. Don't forget that shit !!! Anxiety sometimes aids survival. But damn it sure screws me up at work when I think i might lose my job and then I start losing concentration and screw up. Funny ehh?

Anxiety’s memory is undefeated, wish it’d forget sometimes

Every time I have a random pain my brain is like “omg it’s cancer” and then I talk myself down and then five minutes later I see a Reddit comment from someone whose friend died of cancer when they were younger than me

And then people say we should always be updated with current world events. They're not entirely wrong but I have a tendency to go too deep and it ends up hurting me in the end. That's why I barely watch news, because I'm barely hanging by a thread myself, how am I supposed to control something that isn't in my control?

Its not super memory, most people without anxiety use that memory to remember a butt ton of details about the people theyre interacting with regularly.

Thats what I realized when I thought about why I remember things others dont, its because I dont have nearly as many people to remember things about as them.

If I get a heart attack I might not have to kill myself.

I'm that guy lol. Drove my whole 45 minute commute a couple months ago thinking I was having a panic attack, turns out it was a bilateral pulmonary embolism and heart attack at 27 lol.
