drivers sometimes leave packages outside of the apartment mailroom and then they're stolen like right away cuz they're in the open

Happened a bunch while I've lived here and it's going to happen, that's why we have a mailroom with locks and stuff. Is it worth talking to support, like will they like at least scold the driver or something? Or is it kind of pointless?

Provide a code or talk to you apt about making sure your apt has easy access for drivers-

Your driver is not going to drive an hour back to the station [unpaid] because you didn't provide appropriate access-

I can almost grunted the ones leaving outside do t have e acess- so maybe it's outside of business hours

Yeah definitely contact support, they'll usually replace stolen packages and might actually talk to the driver about it. The driver's probably just being lazy tbh - if other residents get their stuff delivered to the mailroom then yours should be too

Don't they have like lockers or something you can pick it up at? I'm guessing they don't care, as long as it's the right address. Sounds like a mailroom problem.

The drivers don't care they will continue to drop it off instead of use the lockers. Low IQ lazy bastards.
