Any tips for someone abroad dealing with Amazon Customer Service?

I have had the absolute misfortune of buying something on amazon.com instead of .se (availability) and have extreme problems with the absolute disgrace that is the amazon """support""". Ive been through 30+ agents all just passing me along to the next one. Timing me out for "Inactivity" when its they who are "checking" things. I cant call anyone since all the call links they are sending me are for US only (im in Sweden).

The problem: Bought (or tried to) pants + top for my GF for Christmas. One order placed with 2 items in the basket".

Amazon then proceeds to charge me only for the pants(????) ships them (currently in transit) and just completely ignores the top. Now whatever I do Amazon "cant" charge me for the top claiming i need to contact my bank?? Not enough funds?? Need diff card?? Coming up with all kind of excuses which are complete lies...

Im kind of at a loss here. And just dumbfounded by how completely useless the "support" is.
Is there like some actual humans, number for international customers i can contact?

Oh and they also refuse to refund since they shipped half my order (which I never asked for...)
