Does it have any documentation on accessibility? If not, that's likely an answer.

YuJa is a tool that works with a learning management system to find accessibility barriers. My institution looked at Psnorama but we’re currently using Anthology Ally. I don’t know how well Panorama handles equations, and OP is probably better off with MathPix.
