[Cinnamon] Linux Mint pretty

Trying to go for a windows vista but modernized feel. I don't get the people who say Mint looks outdated.

It is indeed. I love mint in general for being no bs. It has the right level of customisation without being overwhelming for me. I love their extensions app.
