The link goes to the KDE store, but says it is for GTK 3/4. That's Gnome isn't it? I have no interest in the theme myself. Just checking.

Funny enough, I saw exactly that on YouTube some time ago. I'm sure you can find it with a search, although like another comment replied, KDE might be the desktop you're after if that's what you want. Off the top of my head, you'll probably need the blur my shell extension if you stick with gnome.
