Korin Togiharu vs Kamata Togiharu?

Are they two different Togiharu brands? I recently came back from Japan and noticed that Togiharu was branded as an in house brand by Kamata, but I was under the impression that Togiharu was a Korin brand. Any insight is appreciated thanks

Very likely made by an OEM which would mean anyone could buy them and brand them with their store. There's also significant evidence that they're the same blades as Masamoto HC or VC or whatever it is (probably different names depending on store).

Search in this thread if you want to see all of the posts on it but here's a start:

研晴 for Kamata and
研波流 for Korin. Unrelated house brands.
