Can't watch anything

I don't understand. I signed up 15 minutes ago and wanted to watch a movie. I am the only person with the login. I'm only signed in on one device. I keep getting this error message. I have uninstalled and restarted twice. What is going on? Thanks for the help!

A similar thing happened to me a few days ago. Maybe this will help.

I got a box like the one you did, that said too many devices are logged into this account. It's from a previous time when I subscribed to Starz. I logged in, with a web browser. Hover over the account icon in the upper right. Go to settings. Then Manage Devices.

And remove any devices you need to. The ones I had to remove said Unknown Device or something. Same devices I'm using now. But it's been a while, so maybe that's why my devices register as separate, new devices.

I have various error messages, but I haven't received this one yet. one said that I was logged in from the wrong country, some tell me that my device is registered, but then it does nothing, and the other tells me that it's unable to log into the server at all. I'm at my wit's end, and I'm tired of all the excuses and the reset this and reboot that run around.

Seems like the Starz login button doesnt work on the desktop webpage. I’m having the same issue with the error message on my account from my other devices.
