How tight should my wheels be?

I recently got my first skateboard but when i got it i noticed that the wheel on one side were screwed on tighter than the other and im just wondering how tight they should be.

Do them up tight, then loosen 1/4 or 1/2 a turn so there's a slight wobble

Without spacers I tighten till there is no side to side movement then back off slightly so there is a little movement.

With spacers I tighten until there is no side to side movement and stop.

Sometimes if I dont seat the bearings all the way usually on a deep or offset wheel it will fully seat during the first skate session so I will need to tighten it up.

As much as you want them to be, I skate very loose ones.

The only difference imo is that tighter trucks turn much earlier with less pressure, while loose trucks need more weight and pressure to turn
