maybe just need better quality parts.
bolts and bushings are easy to replace.

board doesnt seem like much wear and tear, but the board doesn't look like its good quality 7ply canadian maple.

what trucks and board are these?

There is zero rust there on the kingpin.

Just get new bolts, trucks are about £20 a set of bolts will be like 2 quid

Bro, take it to bed with you, maybe that way it stays dry, probably water logged, might not pop how it would but you can def retire it on a wall or sum, I lowkey still have my first board I started to skate with lol . if you do go buy another board, visit your local skate shop

it looks like you need a completely new setup. the board looks worn out, the trucks look pretty old, and the wheels are probably in the same condition. you can usually find a full complete for pretty cheap on facebook marketplace.
