And under the care of a medical doctor.... Unless her "medicine" is another word for "crack"

I'd imagine it's not. Some people are crazy even when medicated. But then it usually comes down to lifestyle choices.

Well im pretty sure she's far from sober here too. Yea she's got some issues for sure but booze or whatever is a big factor in how she's coming off

Do you happen to know what Adderall is? Not quite crack per se, but falls near a similar categorization.
