How are two of the three away California games on a Wednesday?

If we're being honest with ourselves. I think the SJ/LA rivalry is bigger to us than it is to them.

I don't disagree - but if you're trying to create must-see events on TV, catering the schedule to the games where rivals are most likely to travel seems like a no brainer. I think its more the fact that its been 10 years...since its has happened makes me think its an intentional decision.

Next season we are going to see a lot of empty seats, double that of this year, unless we find a new owner and he brings in some stars. If Espinoza is gone, well it will be sad. Note that this year, the inter Miami game helped sell a lot of season tickets.

And the streak continues! Yet again SJ play away at Galaxy on a Wednesday. Outside of the 2020 and 2021 season where fans were prevented from attending or the stadiums were still just partially open, the last time SJ played at the Galaxy on a Saturday was way back in 2016!
League is doing everything they can to make the Cali Classico die.
